"SENSUALITY" SERIES

A woman's inner and fascinating sensuality often cannot be expressed. Through the combination of gold, copper, and blue colors and the female torso, I attempt to express a woman's sensuality.

Influenced by Pre-Columbian art and post-discovery religion, particularly on women's struggle to remove the shackles of oppressive society, I allow the viewer to enter the painting in search of a light - a divine light, mystic light, sensuality.

The main torso and clear realist physical attributes, together with fading lines and abstract compositions reveal a woman's mysterious reality.
